The 23rd of November was a big day for us, Joniškis “Aušros” gymnasium students and our teachers. The trip to the exotic French Caribbean island Guadeloupe began. We passed Frankfurt, spent one fantastic day in Paris. Then in Guadeloupe we met students and teachers from Germany, Slovakia and France (Guadeloupe). All our group had a wonderful week: we visited the most beautiful beaches, ports, we saw jungle, falls, various cities and plenty of other amazing places on this island. What is also important, we had some lectures and practical work about conservation of food, which was a great opportunity to learn something new.
