The first short term student exchange took place in Joniškis, Lithuania 26-30th of November 2018.
27 students and 12 teachers from Slovakia, Germany, Guadeloupe (France) and Lithuania participated in meeting activities. Students presented their schools and countries. During the workshops they shared the results of food freezing and salting experiment. Also, the partners had prepared posters on the research results, which were displayed at our school. Everyone enjoyed playing Kahoot quiz about Food conservation and participant countries. One of the most serious activities was doing experiments in food conservation lessons at our gymnasium. Students from Germany, Guadeloupe and Slovakia presented their countries to Lithuanian students during Geography and English lessons.
Several social activities were organised for project meeting participants. Students and teachers had a tasty workshop in Chocolate museum, they also visited Hill of Crosses, Joniškis Basketball museum. A trip to Vilnius and Mūšos tyrelis swamp made a great impression on our guests.
On the last day of the meeting students made presentations about meeting activities and published the material on the eTwinning Twinspace.
